If you want to work hard, get exhausted and sweat real much, this is the workout for you. We train outdoors no matter weather and we give everything we have. It is a small group so we get to know each other really well and we fight together. You don’t have to be fit before, but you have to know that you want to get fit, and never give up!

We work with our own and others bodyweight, we jump over and crawl under trees, we lift heavy stones and pull things in front of and after us! We lie down on the ground and we get up again, many times! When we are finished, we leave the training with a smile=)
