The human body is designed to run, long distance and short sprints. However, many of us don’t run optimal and waste a lot of energy because of bad running technique. Learn how to improve your running technique and get tips and ideas of new interval forms that makes your training more efficient and fun!

Come run with us winter 2018!
WINTER INTERVALS CONTINUE! New runners are welcome from February 19th! We run together on mondays 19.15 (by Cervo) and for 40-60minutes. You dont need any experience or high fitness level, everybody can join! What you need is spikes on the shoes and a headlamp!
