HAPPI training offers two different tests to measure your physical capacity.
Maximal heart rate test
Performed on a treadmill or bike and will give you a better picture of your physical capacity and what to improve. Can be combined with a lactate threshold test for more accurate numbers (see below).

Lactate threshold test
Performed on a treadmill or bike. We measure heart rate and analyze your blood while performing a maximal heart rate test to get a better picture of your physical capacity and possible improvements. From the results we will be able to see how you can design your training to get stronger, faster and better (see picture below).
